Setting Up Your Support Portal Account

This support portal is your hub for submitting tickets, tracking requests, and accessing knowledge base articles. Here's how to get set up.

Creating Your Account

  1. Click Sign In in the top navigation
  2. Click Create one to register a new account
  3. Use your business email address
  4. Check your email for a verification link

What You Can Do in the Portal

  • Submit new support tickets
  • View the status of existing tickets
  • Reply to ticket updates from our team
  • Browse knowledge base articles
  • Search for answers before submitting a ticket

Trouble Logging In?

Use the Forgot your password? link on the login page to reset your password. If you continue to have issues, submit a ticket as a guest or email us directly.
