Final Deliverables

You'll receive a complete handoff package including documentation for all systems built, access credentials, and a recorded walkthrough of key platforms.

Knowledge Transfer

We schedule a formal knowledge transfer session with your team to walk through everything that was built and how to maintain it going forward.

Ongoing Support Options

After your engagement, you have several options:

  • Retainer: Ongoing monthly support and optimization
  • Ad-hoc: Hourly support as needed
  • New project: Start a new scoped engagement

Access Revocation

Upon engagement close, Profitable Media removes its access from all your platforms within 5 business days unless a retainer is in place.
